15-20 years Credit Collections experience
International client collection exposure
SOX compliance and governance knowledge
Team leadership of Credit Controllers
Cash forecasting and variance analysis
Nice-to-have
MBA in Finance or related discipline
Strong negotiation and reconciliation skills
Self-motivated with flexible attitude
Experience with system enhancements
Commercially focused client service approach
Key Requirements
Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
15-20 years of experience in multinational organizations
Prior people-management or mentoring experience required
