Oversee due diligence portfolio clients nationally, managing all aspects of site due diligence site planning and entitlement approvals.

Key Requirements
7 - 15 years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Master Planning, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Rhino and/or Revit
Strong understanding of master planning and infrastructure design
Strong knowledge of entitlements, procedures, risks and timelines
Availability to travel nationwide
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
