  • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT)
  • 1 year or more of experience as phlebotomist
  • Application for phlebotomy license filed with CA Department of Health
