The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and patient confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, moving residents, and reporting any changes in condition or suspected abuse to supervisors.
