Job Summary

  • Coordinate with L&D to arrange training programs and incorporate in L&D regular calendar & with regions to inform staff accordingly.
  • Gather and analyze customer insight. Engage customers through BTL activities and drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
  • Coordinate promotional activities during crops seasons including, development of promotional material, liaison with Marketing & Brand Management, booking and execution of promotional campaigns, creation of brand preference.
