Key Requirements

  • 8+ years construction experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
  • 4 years supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of electrical and fire alarm commercial construction
  • Knowledge of industry, state, and local code requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret contract drawings
