Job Summary

  • The National Key Account Manager - Pharmacy (NKAM) leads strategic customer partnerships across key Pharmacy accounts to drive sustainable growth for Alcon’s Vision Care portfolio.
  • Manage the relationship with Alcon’s 3rd part field force inclusive of contract negotiations, incentive planning and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing, Category, Professional Education, Supply Chain and Field Team to develop integrated strategies, proposals, and customer solutions.

Key Requirements
