Job Summary
You will be supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities.
You will have a FIXED rota of 4 days on and 2 days off, including 2 morning shifts (07:00 - 14:30) and 2 afternoon shifts (13:45 - 22:00).
Benefits include 6 weeks holiday, funded Level 2/3 Diploma and Care Certificate, and ongoing free mandatory and development training days.
