Job Summary

  • Under direct supervision, the Industrial Safety and Hygiene (IS&H) Specialist I is responsible for implementing and administering project industrial safety and hygiene programs affecting employee, public safety and occupational health.
  • This position may require shift work (rotating 4 x 12 schedule) including night shift to support plant operations.
  • Your efforts will help protect the nearby Columbia River and the communities, salmon, and wildlife along its shorelines throughout the Northwest.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of related safety experience
  • Must be authorized to work and remain in the United States
  • Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy badge
