Job Summary

• The Underwriting and Portfolio Management organization is responsible for working with internal partners to underwrite new transactions and manage the existing portfolio of Tax equity transactions.
• Primary underwriting responsibilities include supporting and compiling due diligence, identifying performance drivers, and proposing appropriate structuring options.
• Primary portfolio or asset management responsibilities include reviewing and approving annual reviews, facilitating quarterly portfolio reviews, and ensuring portfolio data accuracy.
