Job Summary

  • The Revenue and Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with site operations to approve billable expenses, manage Accounts Receivable, and be responsible for following up on final study budget balances.
  • Duties include overseeing financial and contractual performance on studies, verifying and updating study budgets, invoicing and applying payments, and reconciling study throughput.
  • The role requires conducting Month-End processes for revenue recognition and AR reporting, preparing and following up on Accounts Receivable Statements, and accountability for DSO and invoicing metrics.
