Base: $110,000 – $125,000 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and equity program; Benefits: Fully covered medical premiums, flexible PTO, 401(k), dental and vision coverage, fertility stipend, coworking access, Recharge Holidays

US GAAP technical accounting
month-end close and consolidation
journal entries and reconciliations
financial reporting and flux analyses
collaboration with auditors and tax advisors
capitalized software and equity accounting

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8 years of related accounting or audit experience
3-5 years of public accounting audit experience
CPA certification required
experience with stock options, equity, debt, capitalized software, commissions, business combinations, valuation reports, and tax provisions
