Job Summary

  • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients and perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Washington-issued Phlebotomy License
