Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Key duties include administrative functions, committee participation, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan development.
The role requires a current, unencumbered, active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
