Must-have
5+ years GMP laboratory experience
2+ years supervising laboratory team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
GMP regulatory compliance knowledge
Laboratory investigation approval skills
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in scientific field
ICH guidance and FDA regulation knowledge
Process improvement using OE/GPS tools
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Technical expertise in analytical methodologies
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years pharmaceutical experience
Associate's Degree plus 6 years pharmaceutical experience
High School Diploma plus 10 years pharmaceutical experience
