Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of wireless communication sites across several Midwestern states. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in wireless communication construction and project management, along with strong organizational and safety compliance skills

Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for complete scheduling, coordination and oversight of all activities required to construct new sites in the Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Minnesota areas.
  • Ensure that all VB and OSHA safety practices are being adhered to during all phases of construction.
  • Complete all project closeouts including site walks, punch list item completion, document upload, and accounting all required accounting requirements for each project including requisitions, purchase orders and invoice approvals.
