  • Be the Core Team Leader on our key new product development projects. The role of a Core team leader is to direct and manage a cross functional team in the execution of a project with tasks including project scoping, resource and budget planning, risk mitigation and Stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

  • 8 Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of relevant direct engineering experience within a medical device environment or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Strong proven track record in program management in a regulated environment
  • Medical device product development experience required
  • Technical experience in DOE, Six Sigma, DFM etc
  • Competent in Stakeholder management
  • Experience in working with physicians to identify unmet therapy needs
  • Flexibility to travel ~10% of time desirable
