Job Summary
The Traction Power Technician Lead will lead a group of technicians in performing complex troubleshooting and maintenance of high-voltage traction power equipment.
This position requires strict adherence to safety regulations set forth by CATS, OSHA, FTA, FRA, and NCDOT while supporting daily revenue service.
Employees are eligible for a 2.5% shift differential premium for working second or third shifts and an additional premium for holding a valid Commercial Driver's License.

Salary
Base: $31.96 - $39.95 per hour; Shift Differential: 2.5% premium for 2nd/3rd shifts; CDL Premium: 2.5% for valid license
