Job Summary
Lead finance strategy, reporting, and controls across our reinsurance portfolio, managing a team and partnering closely with leadership and actuarial.
Own NIS reinsurance financials and annual operating rhythm, converting treaty and portfolio performance into clear, actionable insights.
Establish end-to-end treaty accounting governance, oversee collateral trust and investment reporting, and partner with Actuarial on loss picks and reserve adequacy.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
CPA strongly preferred
5+ years in insurance/reinsurance accounting
Progressive leadership experience
Deep GAAP for re/insurance
Statutory accounting familiarity preferred
Proven close leadership
Audit ownership
Compelling executive/board communication
Strong data orientation (Excel/PowerQuery/Power BI or similar)
Experience with process automation and data quality improvements preferred
Relationship savvy across internal and external partners
