Job Summary
Implement and manage the Regional learning ILT/VILT delivery processes and support the learning logistics administration.
Lead and manage the end-to-end program deployment activities which includes VILT & ILT sessions schedule and logistics (remote or on-site).
Responsible for coaching, monitoring, and developing the regional Learning Delivery Management team members to ensure successful rollout of the LDM Target Operating Model in the International region.

Key Requirements

Proven project management and execution
Ability to work in diverse international environment with different time zones
Some experience in managing project with intact team or outsourced resources is a plus point
Mobile to travel to various sites whenever required
