The Lead Operating Engineer leads the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include completing assigned tasks, maintaining work order systems, assisting in supervision and training of the engineering team, and troubleshooting building systems.
