The Principal Systems Engineer will be accountable for providing partnership and collaboration to customers (senior engineering/architect roles) in understanding and developing systems requirements and architectural considerations.
This role involves interfacing with external and internal stakeholders, leading complex conversations, and developing technology roadmaps for both customers and Flex.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent), Master’s preferred
8+ years of experience in Technical Marketing or Architecture or Applications or Design or Systems Engineering of DC/DC converters
Good understanding of the DC/DC conversion market
Experience interfacing with Engineering management at Tier 1 customers
