Salary
Base: $18.71 - $29.92 hourly; Bonus/Equity: Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and additional inclusive benefits
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Customer service and sales support
Use of customer relationship management system
Providing accurate pricing and inventory information
Handling sales calls and resolving customer concerns
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
Nice-to-have
Plumbing and HVAC industry experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Passion for collaboration and assisting customers
Ability to build long-lasting relationships
Drive to respond quickly to customer needs
Key Requirements
