Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications ordered for residents while following facility policies and procedures.
Maintain a productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and participate in quality assurance and pharmaceutical services committees.
Ensure confidentiality of resident health information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized access attempts.
