Manages property management projects from start to finish, including tracking, accepting, and approving services rendered by real estate consultants and recommending payments of associated invoices.
Conducts negotiations for acquisitions necessary to acquire real property/property rights for City purposes and assures fair and reasonable compensation to owners.
