This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support critical production systems outside of regular business hours.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Technical direction of Risk Products
Java based Application Support environment
Release process and CI/CD pipelines
Agile software development lifecycle
Source code management tools such as Git
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of the Java language and underlying JVM
Knowledge of AWS Cloud Technologies
Exposure to Python and polyglot environments
Writing clean, readable code and reusable Java libraries
Key Requirements
6-8 Years of experience leading technical support teams
Proven experience with Java/J2EE development / support projects
Understanding of software development lifecycle & related infrastructure
Experience in using Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, AWS Cloud, GitLab Pipeline, EKS
