Job Summary

  • Ensure stable and smooth day-to-day operation of all ServiceNow instances (DEV, TEST, PROD) by monitoring system health and performing regular housekeeping activities.
  • Provide Level 2 support for ServiceNow-related incidents and requests, investigating and resolving functional and configuration issues.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions, designing and configuring modules using out-of-the-box principles.
