Must-have

  • Welding with Eletrodo Revestido, MIG-MAG and TIG
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Performing Kaizens and productivity improvements
  • Operating overhead crane and forklifts

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of 5S methodology
  • Experience with failure analysis and root cause
