  • Manage laboratory operations at the Balazs Asia laboratory to ensure safe, quality and timely services to Balazs Asia customers.
  • Direct the strategic growth of the department by recommending and implementing new analytical capabilities and improving on operational processes in the laboratory.
  • Ensure adherence to internal, e.g. IMS, and external, e.g. ISO, safety and quality standards for the laboratory.
