Job Summary

  • The Technical Implementation Manager is the main contact point for the customer in the pre-launch period and will be responsible for the overall project implementation while ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and project metrics are met.
  • You will gain experience working, partnering and collaborating with diverse customers such as HiredScore’s executive team, R&D, product, professional services teams, customer success teams, and our client’s senior leadership.
  • We ensure that the client will be able to extract the greatest value from the product post-launch and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
