McLean, VA: $206,000 - $235,100; Richmond, VA: $187,300 - $213,700; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or quantitative discipline or military experience
At least 7 years’ experience in FP&A
At least 4 years’ experience managing an FP&A function
At least 3 years of people management experience
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
