Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or quantitative discipline or military experience
  • At least 7 years’ experience in FP&A
  • At least 4 years’ experience managing an FP&A function
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • 8+ years’ experience in FP&A
  • 5+ years’ experience managing an FP&A function
  • 4+ years of people management experience
