Job Summary
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records.
Conducts inservices and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
The essential functions of this position require the ability to exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and or excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or excess of 20 pounds of force constant to move objects.

Key Requirements
Master's or doctoral degree in SLP
Licensed as an SLP by the state
Successfully completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum
Performed at least 9 months of supervised full-time SLP services
Successfully completed a national examination in SLP
