Job Summary

• The Manager, Platform Product Management leads the strategy, delivery, and adoption of shared insurance platform capabilities, supporting outcomes delivered through platform modernization and developer enablement initiatives.
• This role is accountable for running and supporting existing monolithic platform infrastructure while managing the evolution of modernized, API driven and batch enabled capabilities to ensure stability, scalability, and continuity.
• Success is measured by platform adoption, developer productivity, operational reliability, reduced integration complexity, and steady progress toward more modern platform capabilities.
