Must-have

  • 3+ years corrective and preventative maintenance experience
  • Troubleshooting hydraulic pneumatic mechanical electrical systems
  • Valid Washington state driver's license
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
  • Experience with forklifts and heavy equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Millwright skills and lathe mill setup abilities
  • PLC programming and robotics troubleshooting experience
  • Experience in aerospace automotive or semiconductor fields
  • Ability to read electrical hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
  • Authored baseline procedures and trained new technicians

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 7+ years of maintenance technician experience preferred
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident required due to ITAR
