Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, development, or site acquisition
  • 5+ years of managing multiple commercial and/or industrial projects over $1 million
  • Experience with steel-frame buildings and remodels of existing structures
  • Experience overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously within commercial or industrial construction, ideally across multiple states
