Finnair is seeking a Technical Training & Compliance Engineer to support its Technical Operations division in Vantaa, Finland. The role focuses on delivering technical training, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations while fostering a culture of safety and professional growth

Job Summary

  • This role includes keeping training events as an instructor, organizing and conducting competence development and training activities as well as developing and maintaining related digital tools and databases.
  • In this role, you are responsible for delivering technical training within the scope of Part 145, covering both initial and recurrent training, and Part 147 type training for both internal and external participants.
