The primary purpose of this position is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician under the direction of nursing supervisors.
Employees must accurately prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications while verifying resident identity and observing ingestion or application.
Staff are required to report any medication errors, reactions, or grievances immediately to the Director of Nursing Services and participate in facility surveys.
