This role requires maintaining an active pipeline and completing a designated number of loan files daily to meet department service level expectations.
As a subject matter expert, the incumbent ensures compliance with Credit Union lending policies and federal regulations such as TIL-RESPA and HMDA.

Must-have
Direct loan closing experience
Knowledge of TIL-RESPA regulations
Experience with Mortgagebot or CLOS systems
Ability to meet production standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Hands-on knowledge of all closing functions
Problem solving and critical thinking abilities
Collaborative team attitude
Familiarity with GSE guidelines
Experience with WireXchange and Workday
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of relevant experience
Direct loan closing experience or equivalent industry knowledge
