The Retail Banking Portfolio Optimisation team exists to optimise decision making by the Retail Leadership Team, to build a brighter future for all.
We support flexible ways of working and operate in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 50% of time spent working from the office to enable collaboration, connection and learning.

Key Requirements
Background in strategy, program delivery, finance, or consulting - highly desirable
Demonstrated experience in analysing data and performance
Experience working in financial services industry - preferred
Experience working in agile, programs and/or projects
Industry experience in Financial Services and or consulting is preferable
Communication skills including report writing and workshop facilitation experience
Extensive experience working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels
