Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Ten (10) or more years of procurement experience
Packaging categories within CPG or food manufacturing
Strong strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation experience
Experience analyzing financial data, contracts, and total cost of ownership models
Ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience preferred
Experience developing supplier performance metrics and driving continuous improvement
Ability to operate as a strategic partner across functions
