Job Summary

  • The Director, Marketing – Egypt serves as the end-to-end marketing leader for the country, responsible for translating Operating Unit (OU) strategies into powerful, locally relevant execution that drives brand love, market share, and business performance.
  • Lead the development of the Egypt portfolio strategy and annual marketing calendar, owning the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for marketing and stewarding its execution with excellence.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing Egypt marketing team (typically 10–20 team members) with ~4–5 direct reports, accelerating capabilities in digital marketing, analytics, creative strategy, and agile ways of working.
