Job Summary

• The Project Lead will provide overall strategic and programmatic leadership for the Care Coordination Model (CCM), driving end-to-end execution, including ecosystem development, partner engagement, and alignment with government priorities.
• The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in digital health and public systems.
• PATH, as a technical partner, will extend technical assistance and managerial support for the preparation, rollout, and implementation of CCM in close collaboration with the Government of Odisha, development partners, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Management, Public Policy, Health Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Prior experience working with state or national government stakeholders in leadership roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large scale projects, preferably in ABDM, digital health or IT implementation
