Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Commercial electrical systems maintenance
Reactive and planned preventative maintenance
Client facing communication skills
Electrical fault finding and repair
Health and Safety compliance
Use of CAFM system for task updates
Flexible working hours including call outs
Nice-to-have
Basic plumbing, carpentry and fabric skills
Proactive and self-motivated work approach
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Adaptable and flexible to work requirements
Experience with building fabric reactive repairs
Ability to produce quotes for additional works
Experience with vendor contract management
Key Requirements
NVQ 3 Electrical Installation
C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation
C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or 2330 Levels 2 & 3
C&G 2391 or 2394 & 2395 18th edition certificate
Full UK Driving License
IPAF 3a&3b and Pasma certifications
Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
