Must-have
DataOps CI/CD pipeline implementation
Cloud-native data platform management
Automation and performance optimization
Integration with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow
Test-driven development for data pipelines
Data governance and security standards
Collaboration with IT and Analytics Engineering
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication and social skills
Familiarity with data cataloging and lineage
Experience with agile methodologies
Passion for automation and efficiency
Ability to create detailed documentation
Strong problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
8 years hands-on cloud data platform experience
3-5+ years CI/CD pipeline experience
Deep understanding of DataOps principles
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, FiveTran
High level knowledge of ETL/ELT and data warehousing
Experience with security best practices in data pipelines
