The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
General Managers must ensure teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
