This role will be responsible for managing key operational policy issues and providing support to cross-functional teams within the Operations Command Center.
Lead the development and analysis of operations policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and data-driven decision-making.
Develop and implement comprehensive contracts management strategies, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and maximise value delivery across operational partnerships.
