  • As Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will develop and continuously enhance Troax Group’s global C&B framework, driving strategic initiatives for internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance.
  • Key responsibilities include leading global job architecture and salary structure development, driving the EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and harmonizing bonus programs.
  • You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sustainability teams to strengthen the global payroll operating model, guide regions on payroll governance, and support headcount planning.
