As Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will develop and continuously enhance Troax Group’s global C&B framework, driving strategic initiatives for internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include leading global job architecture and salary structure development, driving the EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and harmonizing bonus programs.
You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sustainability teams to strengthen the global payroll operating model, guide regions on payroll governance, and support headcount planning.
