AIM Literacy Coaches will embed within MCPS middle schools to support the implementation of PACT Plus, an evidence-based set of comprehension building practices.
Responsibilities include providing job-embedded coaching, engaging in coaching cycles, collecting data, and collaborating with school staff and research teams.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, literacy, special education, or related field
3+ years teaching experience in grades 6–12
Familiarity with explicit instruction/academic interventions
Ability to travel regularly to local middle schools
