Job Summary

  • This role is primarily PE-focused to start, supporting governance, coordination, and execution activities, with a clear evolution path toward becoming a CAW focal point and managing projects as workload ramps up.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of the Airworthiness Department, acting as a copilot to support day-to-day execution, cross-functional coordination, and visibility on team performance, while progressively gaining ownership of airworthiness topics and projects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
  • 2 - 5 years of experience
  • Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Background or exposure to Airworthiness, certification, or regulated aerospace environments
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
