Job Summary

  • This role is part of the Port Arthur plant leadership team and is designed as a developmental leadership position, with the expectation that the successful candidate will progress into future plant leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
  • The Port Arthur Site Supervisor reports to the Site Superintendent and plays a critical role in maintaining strong operational discipline by leading a team of six Operations Technicians, developing site talent through coaching, training, and progression boards, and interfacing daily with site operations and maintenance leadership.
